SHIPPING & RESTRICTIONS

We comply with all state and federal shipping laws. We cannot ship wine to certain states due to alcohol regulations.
Please review shipping eligibility before placing an order.

Orders placed for delivery to restricted states will be canceled and refunded, less any applicable fees.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If Your wine shipment arrives damaged, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged items. We will replace damaged bottles whenever possible.

No refunds are provided for damaged bottles or event tickets. Replacement is at Our discretion and based on product availability.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Due to the nature of Our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds on wine, event tickets, or merchandise unless required by law.

FINANCIAL TERMS

You authorize KT Winery Inc. to charge Your selected payment method for the full purchase amount, including shipping and taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice for new purchases.

Recurring subscriptions (such as wine club memberships) may renew automatically. You may cancel future renewals by contacting [email protected] prior to Your next billing date.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising under these Terms will first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Denver, Colorado, before proceeding to court.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT

You agree not to publicly defame, slander, or disparage KT Winery Inc., its brands (including Mom Juice), or representatives. Violation may result in legal action.

DISCLAIMERS

Our websites, products, and related materials are provided “as is” for informational and entertainment purposes. KT Winery Inc. makes no guarantees of specific outcomes, satisfaction, or accuracy.

You acknowledge that wine consumption carries inherent risks, and You assume full responsibility for ensuring You are of legal drinking age and consuming responsibly.

We are not liable for any damages, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, unauthorized resale, or consumption of alcohol by minors or prohibited persons.

LAW & JURISDICTION
